Users of our website should not be a minor under Indian law which means you have to be above 18 years of age.

 Payment

On this website, every transaction is securely handled. We accept payment via UPI/debit card/credit card. Before completing your order, we will verify the ordered item(s), their availability, and delivery. If we will be unable to execute your order, you will be notified by email.

Credit card

You acknowledge, agree, and confirm that the credit card information you submit to use the Site’s services will be true and correct. You also agree not to use a credit card that is not legally yours; in other words, you should utilize your credit card whenever possible.

GST

All the prices are exclusive of GST. You have to pay any additional charges with the shipping amount.

Product Accuracy 

Some products at Gifto shifto are handcrafted by artisans and can have a slight difference in their looks from what you see on the website. Colours can also vary due to lighting effects in photography. 

Return, Refund & Exchange

Once the order is successfully placed, we do not offer returns and refunds in any case. You can only exchange the product if you receive a damaged or wrong product. Please check our policy section in detail.
